How to Write a CV – Spacing and legibility

Everyone needs to sell themselves on their CV, and most people are conscious of the fact that they need to do this in a concise manner. This is where it starts to get to tricky, because how do you sell all of your skills when you don’t have much space?

There are actually no easy answers to this, because it is indeed easier said than done. And here’s a further complication – not only do you need to make sure that your CV isn’t too long, but you also have to ensure that what you write is neat and legible, and that there is sufficient spacing.

If you don’t do this then your CV will come across as cluttered and muddled – ultimately this will adversely affect all-important first impressions. So just make sure that you leave enough space, and keep an eye on legibility.
