CV writer interview continued page 19

Q. What do you mean by examples?
A. Well amongst other things that got me to examine a CV that was written by a different professional CV service company, highlight what was wrong with it, and make improvements.

I did all of this in the clear, precise terms using methods that tied in precisely with what I was saying in my book.

Q. And did you make improvements?
A. Yes, lots of improvements. Not only that, but I indicated just why each change was an improvement, and I explained this logically and rationally. Consequently, the publishers were not only able to see visual improvements before their very eyes, but they could also be reassured that the improvements were not just subjective things plucked out of the air, but they had a solid base and were better than the alternative.
