The most basic pre-requisite regarding personal details on a CV is your name and a means for the employer to contact you. Most people include their full name and address, as well as at least one telephone number and an e-mail address. Some people also add additional information such as marital status, nationality, date of birth etc.
Whilst all of this isn’t obligatory, at the very least your name and contact details is conventional and worth including, especially if you are applying direct to the employer.
If you are just going to post your CV on the Internet, then there is a case for omitting certain personal details, even then, your name and e-mail address is usually a minimum requirement. Structure Overview Profiles & objectives
