Getting it published

Again, this addition to the blog is mainly to help any budding non-fiction writers, but other users may find it interesting too.

The way my CV book was book published isn’t so typical. I think I only wrote off to around half a dozen or so publishers, and no agents whatsoever. The first publisher I wrote to replied saying that they don’t do CV books, but the sample I sent them looked very promising, and they recommended that I contact two other publishers. I followed up on this recommendation and both of these publishers replied expressing interest, and I eventually went with one of these – Pearson Education.
