Other Indicators

Other indicators include the company website. While the slickest site isn’t necessarily the best, if the site is clearly badly presented you should have misgivings as to whether or not the CV will be well presented or not. Another thing to consider is whether or not the website content is well written. If this is not the case then again you should ask yourself just how well will your CV be written.

Response time is another factor to consider. If you have to wait over a day for a response to your email then this is a bad sign. While you cannot expect instant responses, normally you should expect a reply within one working day at the latest.
