What We Say

Optimising CVs takes skill, experience, writing talent and lots of time – No easy task but worth all the effort if done properly,

What is an Optimised CV?

An optimised CV is one which not only takes the employer’s needs/considerations into account, but one which actively and proactively addresses the requirements of the job.

Some people think that optimising a CV is a simple matter of adding keywords. However, there is a lot more to it than meets the eye, and if you really want to optimise your CV you need to consider CV balance, relevance, length, focus and much more besides. You even need to consider just how you add keywords, because if you are not careful and add them without due care and attention your CV can come across as artificial.

Really CV optimisation is a highly specialist skill.
