In your last job; what did you most like?

The interviewer may be testing you to see if you take the opportunity to justify your current application by talking negatively or critically about your previous employer. It is better to highlight something positive and better still maybe keep to your own skills and attributes that could apply to the job you are being interviewed for. In other words a chance to emphasise an aspect of the new job that you are good at or enjoy or even a chance to talk about one of your key selling points. It could be a technical aspect of the new job that you are keen on or team and leadership development that appeals to you.
