Have you ever had the sack?

Be truthful as with all answers hopefully you have never been fired but if you have be sure to give as positive an answer as you can. For example you may feel that you had been insufficiently trained to do the job and consequently were unable perform to your best at the time and then try and cite an example of work of a similar nature that you subsequently completed satisfactorily. This demonstrated that you had learnt from the experience and were able to perform as required. You may be able to give an example from your key skills and attributes that would also demonstrate this.
