Well if you look at some websites, it appears that some companies go out of their way to look for people with experience in recruitment, or sometimes HR. And we ourselves receive a lot of applications from the likes of recruiters.
I think the rationale for those companies who specifically target former recruiters to work for them is the perception that recruiters know about CVs.
And I can understand why this perception is shared by a lot of the general public.
