What do I need to know about you?

Here the interviewer is giving you a chance to fill in some positive aspects of your experience or qualifications and training that may not have been covered in the interview or in your CV or in discussions so far.

What are you main selling points? If they have not yet been discussed this may be the time to raise them, why you were attracted to apply for the job and/or what can you bring to the job either through some particular aspects of your experience and training that others Can't. Do you have or know of some attribute that would give you a particular advantage over other candidates. Is there something special about the company or organisation that you have particular empathy with? For example environmental policy? Is there some particular skill or essential attribute that you believe you may have but that other candidates may not have.
