Here the interviewer may be indicating that your educational or professional qualifications are not quite up to the mark and wants to know what you would intend to do about that if they employed you. So if possible you should try to indicate or give an example or two of any training that you have done or intend to do. It could also be that they are interested to know how ambitious and how much you are going to work or study on your own to better qualify yourself to your benefit and possibly theirs. So you should be aware of any particular area of your training or qualifications that could be improved.
