Content Tips – Don’t Be Shy!
As mentioned, most people undersell themselves on their CV. The vast majority of job seekers do this either unwittingly, or simply because they don’t have the writing skills to sell themselves powerfully enough. However, there is also a third category; namely people who have some excellent achievements, but for one reason or another (sometimes out of a false sense of modesty) deliberately don’t shout about these (or at least not loudly enough).
One tip therefore is not to be shy about selling yourself. Remember, if you don’t then your competitors will.
